Get Connected
Visit the SEED Connection Board and begin networking – let everyone know who you are and where you’re from! Say hi to old friends and introduce yourself to new peers across northern BC.
Good afternoon, Hi, I am Renee’ Morven, Regional network coordinator for Family Support Institute. I am gratefully acknowledging the land that I live and work on from the traditional territory of the Tsimshian nation, I originally come from the traditional territory of the Nisga’a community of New Aiyansh. I also cover the communities of the Nass Valley-Nisga’a nation, Haisla-Kitimaat Village, Kitimat; Gitxsan- Terrace, and surrounding areas. I am also a parent of child with special needs. Please feel free to reach out to me on how we can help support families. With FSI we support families through our Peer to Peer support mentor model and have a large volunteer network all over BC. This helps to reduce isolation when going through assessments, not know where to turn to, or feeling like you are on your own. We are here to, listen, learn, share in successes and as well as challenges. email rmorven@fsibc.com
